Largest Group Of Horror Icons In History Gather For ‘Death House’ – Coming To Theaters

The largest cast of genre icons ever assembled will be appearing in Harrison B. Smith‘s Death House (review), in theaters this January. Originally, the script for Death House was penned by Texas Chainsaw Massacre Actor and genre icon Gunnar Hansen. Smith rewrote the script, keeping Hansen’s vision intact. Smith also got the okay on the script from Hansen just before he passed away. In the film, Agents Toria Boon and Jae Novak have their own dark pasts, arriving at Death House to tour its levels and observe its denizens first hand as well as the medical and mental experiments of Drs. Eileen Fletcher and Karen Redmane—their depraved experiments date back to the Nazi doctors of World War II. Prison cells are virtual reality holodecks that recreate prisoner environments before they were incarcerated. A special hallucinogenic gas keeps inmates under control. ‘Victor Crowley’ Is Coming Home This February

Adam Green’s fourth installment of the Hatchet franchise, Victor Crowley, has an official release date and brand new poster. Both Kane Hodder and Parry Shen will reprise their roles with Laura Ortiz, Felissa Rose, Dave Sheridan and Brian Quinn co-starring. “In 2007, forty-nine people were brutally torn to pieces in Louisiana’s Honey Island Swamp. Over the past decade, lone survivor Andrew Yong’s claims that local legend Victor Crowley was responsible for the horrific massacre have been met with great controversy, but when a twist of fate puts him back at the scene of the tragedy, Crowley is mistakenly resurrected and Yong must face the bloodthirsty ghost from his past.” Victor Crowley will slash his way onto Blu-ray, DVD, and VOD on February 6, 2018, from Dark Sky.

‘Victor Crowley’ Set to Return In 2018

Back in August, we learned that Adam Green had secretly shot the fourth film of the Hatchet franchise, titled Victor Crowley. The big question is when will fans get to see the film? Adam Green To Host A Free ‘Hatchet’ Screening To Celebrate 10th Anniversary

If you’re a fan of Adam Green’s Hatchet franchise and you live in the L.A. area, you’d better cancel any plans you had for next Tuesday, August 22nd. In celebration of the film’s 10th anniversary, director Adam Green will be screening the original Hatchet FOR FREE at Arclight Hollywood on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles, CA next Tuesday night. Cast members from all 3 films, as well as other celebrities, will be in attendance. A red carpet event is scheduled for 7 pm and the screening will start at 8 pm. Review: ‘Death House’ Is A Dark Twisted Discent Into Hell (In A Good Way)

The highly anticipated genre film Death House, from director Harrison Smith, is approaching its fall release and we’ve reviewed it. Before we get into a review of the film, you should know about the story behind the movie. Originally, the script was penned by Texas Chainsaw Massacre Actor and genre icon Gunnar Hansen. Smith re-wrote the script, keeping Hansen’s vision intact. Smith also got the okay on the script from Hansen just before he passed away. Death House was a big undertaking. No other film in the history of horror has had such an enormous and impressive cast of well known genre actors. Theatrical Trailer Released For ‘To Hell And Back: The Kane Hodder Story’

Ahead of its August 26th screening at Fright Fest in London, Masterfully Macabre Entertainment has unveiled the theatrical trailer and poster for To Hell and Back: The Kane Hodder Story (above).
