Movie Review: Shed Of The Dead

From writer-director Drew Cullingham comes Shed of the Dead, a horror comedy starring horror icons Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th franchise, Hatchet franchise), Bill Moseley (The Devil’s Rejects, Three from Hell), and Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes, The Devil’s Rejects). Meet Trevor (Spencer Brown) a hen-pecked, jobless guy who spends his days hiding from his wife in a shed or playing war games (think D&D) in the basement of his buddy Grahams’ house. When Trevor learns that his neighbors have signed a petition to have his retreat leveled and to have him kicked off his allotment he is furious. Trevor finally grows some balls and confronts Mr. Parsons (Hodder) things don’t go as planned. Luckily, the zombie apocalypse is about to begin. Trevor comes across like your average loser, he refuses to take responsibility for his problems and would rather blame his wife than ask himself why she acts the way she does which makes him far from a

Largest Cast Of Horror Icons Ever Assembled Star In ‘Death House’ – Now On Netflix

The largest cast of genre icons ever assembled star in Harrison B. Smith‘s unique, gore-filled film Death House (review), which has just arrived on Netflix. Originally, the script for Death House was penned by Texas Chainsaw Massacre actor and genre icon Gunnar Hansen. Smith rewrote the script, keeping Hansen’s vision intact. Smith even got Hansen’s approval on the script just before Hansen passed away. In the film, Agents Toria Boon and Jae Novak have their own dark pasts, arriving at Death House to tour its levels and observe its denizens first hand as well as the medical and mental experiments of Drs. Eileen Fletcher and Karen Redmane whose depraved experiments date back to the Nazi doctors of World War II. Prison cells are virtual reality holodecks that recreate prisoner environments before they were incarcerated. A special hallucinogenic gas keeps inmates under control. All Hell literally breaks loose inside the facility when an EMP device detonates, killing all power and communication,

DVD Review: Death House (2017)

Agents Toria Boon (Cortney Palm) and Jae Novak (Cody Longo) partake in a virtual tour of a high tech prison named the Death House; an underground facility where prisoners are reformed via the use of holograms that let prisoners experience their past crimes again and again (using homeless folks for victims) for scientific study. Before long an EMP device detonates, and cuts power to the prison…and releases all of the homicidal maniacs within who follow the orders of Satanic Neo-Nazi Sieg (Kane Hodder)…who isn’t so fond of Boon. The agents flee ever further into the dark depths of that hellish prison where they must appeal for a boon from The Five Evils; the meanest supernatural son of a bitches to ever stride upon the Earth! The very first thing you will notice about Death House is the absolutely bat-shit insane amount of horror biz luminaries who appear on screen. along with the aforementioned Hodder (who really gets into his role
