‘Song Of Horror’ Coming To Steam This Halloween!

Protocol Games & Raiser Games announced that their upcoming psychological horror game Song of Horror, will terrify players this Halloween! Players take on the role, or should I say roles, of 1 of 13 playable characters as they investigate the disappearance of writer Sebastian P. Husher. Upon starting their investigation, players will soon realize that otherworldly forces the likes of which they never experienced in a game before is at work! As mentioned there are 13 playable characters in the game to choose from. Each character has their own back-story and their own unique way of interacting within the story. Why 13 characters you ask? Well there’s a permadeath mechanic in this game, meaning that once a character dies…that’s it. Once a character dies, a new one takes their place and picks up the investigation where they left off. What adds to the tension of Song of Horror is the fact that the game itself is non-scripted! The AI used

Short Review: IT… the uhhh… let’s say Adult Version

Look this shit isn’t going to be for everyone, and is so far beyond NSFW (the film reviewed, not the actual revoltin’ review… well, I mean it’s gonna contain my normal number of “fucks” but they’ll be referring to actual fucking for the most part) that if you have a major stick up your ass about such things you should just move on to ghoulish greener pastures… any way, on with the show! When you think of Pennywise what is the first thing anyone thinks of… go on, I’ll wait… naturally, it’s a spinner making sweet, sweet love to her big ass boyfriend! IT Wants Her Small Tits (this one just had to have a fetish… I mean beyond Stephen King inspired pornography that is), stars Anna Mae (clever name) who, has a nightmare where she finds herself balls deep in Derry, and you just know that creepy clown will show his face… and he does, but before you can

Preview: Welcome Autumn With The ‘Moon Festival’ Box From BOKKSU

It’s September and even though the weather may say its still summer, our hearts are in fall. What’s not to love about autumn? Cooler nights, leafs changing colors, pumpkin/apple/maple flavored things, and the fact of knowing that Halloween is around the corner! Also, one thing many people like about fall is all the harvest festivals. As much as I love a traditional harvest festival, it gets kind of boring. Well, BOKKSU was awesome enough to send me a preview of their upcoming Moon Festival box! BOKKSU is a monthly subscription like a lot of those box sites, but this one sends you snacks directly from Japan! Each month the box is themed and for September, the theme is based on the traditional Japanese Moon viewing festival (also known as Tsukimi, Otsukimi, or Jugoya). This year the celebration is on September 13th to the 16th. The festival is to celebrate the arrival of the fall harvest moon and to welcome autumn.

Short Film Review: We Know You Are Home (2018)

Due to an increase of missing children, Halloween is almost outlawed in the town April (Julie Landriault) calls home, but that doesn’t stop her from getting a gig house-sitting on our favorite haunted holiday while the owners are out doing Satan knows what. Our heroine settles in for a night of fright flick classics on the beastly boob tube when she receives a chilling visit from some ghostly trick r’ treaters (Johnny Elston, Ricky Elston, and Daniel Elston) who may not be what they seem… and before long those sheet-covered supernatural shit heels are in the house, and that’s when things get positively preternatural for Alice! Written and directed by Andrew J.D. Robinson, We Know You Are Home is an effective expansion of his previous short, Trick r’ Treat (which I reviewed right here). The entire affair is a fangtastic Halloween spookshow replete with sheet covered spectral beings, forbidden rooms, family secrets, and plenty of good ol’ spine chilling suspense…

Halloween II Set To Begin Filming

Last year, David Gordon Green’s sequel to John Carpenter’s Halloween was a box office hit. It’s no surprise that there were instant rumors that the movie would be getting a sequel. Today, we can tell you that Halloween II is indeed on its way. Filming is set to begin after Labor Day with Jamie Lee Curtis reprising her role as badass Laurie Strode! Both Judy Greer and Andi Matichak are expected to return. Be careful not to get confused, this will be the third Halloween II. There’s the 1981 original Halloween II and Rob Zombie’s Halloween II. Halloween (2018) picked up forty years after Strode was viciously attacked by Michael Myers. When Myers escapes a bus transfer he kicks off on a killing spree with his sights on Strode, but she’s been waiting for him. The film was directed by Green who co-wrote the screenplay with Danny McBride and Jeff Fradley.

Movie Review: Halloween (2018)

The most highly anticipated horror film of the year, Halloween, is now out on digital and of course, I had to see it. The film opens with two podcasters arriving at Smith’s Grove prison mental asylum where Michael Myers (Nick Castle) has been for the past 40 years. The two arrive on the eve of Michael’s transfer to a more secure hospital. As the two enter the yard where Michael and several other patients are chained. We see that Michael has aged, he is balding and sporting a white beard. One of the podcasters, played by Jefferson Hall, reaches into his bag and pulls out Michael’s mask. While Michael doesn’t turn around the other patients go into hysterics. During Michael’s imprisonment, Laurie has never stopped training, waiting for her chance to kill him. During that time Laurie had a daughter who has become a mother herself. Unfortunately, Laurie and her family have a strained relationship with many believing she has
