New ‘Back 4 Blood’ Trailer Reveals Characters

Warner Bros. Games and Turtle Rock Studios released a new trailer for their upcoming FPS zombie shooter Back 4 Blood where players team up with friends or AI’s to battle hoards of zombie-like creatures that have taken over the world. The new “Meet the Cleaners” trailer showcases the characters players will be able to play as in the game along with their backstories. Along with the characters, the trailer also showcases some of the Ridden (zombies) variants players will encounter in the game like the Breakers, Ogres, Snitchers, Hags, and more. Teaser Trailer For ‘House Of Ashes’ Hints What Awaits Players Underground

Bandai Namco has released the teaser trailer for The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes ahead of the May 27th gameplay trailer release. Bandai has also revealed the game’s plot, the story takes place in 2003 in the Zagros mountains in Iraq where a squad of U.S. soldiers are in a firefight with Iraqi forces. The fighting causes tremors opening the earth beneath them swallowing both sides and trapping them underground in the ruins of an undiscovered Sumerian temple where an ancient evil lurks and begins to hunt down the survivors one by one. A more in-depth gameplay trailer will premier on May 27th at 9 am PT. The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes will be available this year on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, and PC.

Cult Leader’s Remains Found Being Worshiped

On Wednesday, April 28th, the Saguache County Sheriff’s office got a call about a death at a home in the sleepy town of Moffat, Colorado. A corporal with the department made it to the house and executed a search of the property later to be discovered to be owned and inhabited by members of Love Has Won, a new-age cult. On the property, there was a mobile home that was transformed into a makeshift shrine where the remains of a mummified corpse missing its eyes, skin turned gray, and the lips peeling back showing teeth. Around the eyeless sockets was glitter makeup. The body was in a sleeping back wrapped in Christmas lights. The remains are believed to be the cult’s leader Amy Carlson known to her followers as Mother-God. ‘Dial M For…Mutants’ Is The Most Fun You Will Have While Being Terrified

Plot This book in incredibly fun! But don’t be fooled by that, it is also a legitimate and scary horror. Based in 1994 and focusing on a tabloid magazine called Weekly World News, this plot has everything in it. It is scary, funny, gripping, entertaining, original, unique, fascinating and mysterious. The tabloid is the type of magazine that I used to always want to buy at the grocery store because the cover revealed a brand new sighting of Bat Boy or some other fantastical story…but what if one of those stories was true? The plot truly takes us on an adventure that starts out as a light-hearted creepy (albeit funny) tale, and dives quickly into the terror and fear that satiates even the most tough-skinned horror fan. Game Review: ‘Resident Evil: Village’

A big thank you to CAPCOM for making this review possible and allowing me to get the chance to head off into the village, what awaits me in Resident Evil: Village? Let’s take a Spoiler-Free look! Resident Evil: Village takes place after the events of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard where Ethan and Mia have settled down and have had a daughter, Rose, after moving to Europe. The peace is ruined when Chris Redfield comes takes Rose away. Ethan then wakes to find himself in a strange village where horrors and Rose awaits. Now onto Resident Evil: Village itself! It’s safe to say that if you have not played RE7 yet, you really should as it will get you up to speed story-wise as well as the controls. ‘Vlada: A Dracula Tale’ Is A Perfect Tribute To Stoker’s Classic…With A Twist

Plot As the forward to Christopher Denmead’s book focuses on, everyone knows the story of Dracula. It is a timeless tale that has been made, re-made, written about, watched, and cherished since 1897. All of that points to the truth that the story never gets old and I love the different variations of it that exist. Denmead takes Stoker’s plot and flips it on its head. Gender flipping the characters leads to a new way to view the story. Vlada is just as smooth, sultry and dangerous as Dracula and Anastasia Van Helsing is the ever-determined vampire hunter. While I can’t comment too much on the creation of Denmead’s plot, it is a wonderful homage to Bram Stoker’s masterpiece. It is violent, entertaining, and stays true to the plot we all know and love. Sorry Arachnophobes, There’s A New Scary Species Of Spiders

If you haven’t been turned away by the title now, maybe you will be when I say that the new species of spider has been discovered here in the United States, in Florida, to be exact of all places, Miami. The spider was discovered on the grounds of Zoo Miami by a Zookeeper back in 2012 in the Pine Rockland Forest that surrounds the zoo. The Keeper took a picture of the strange-looking spider which is described as a “small black tarantula”. The pictures were shared to see if anyone could identify the critter but alas no one recognized it. Flash forward two years later, another one of this eight-legged nightmare fuel was found again but this time captured and sent to experts. Further studies done on the spider concluded it’s a previously undiscovered species of Trapdoor Spider, named so because they dig holes in the ground with a literal trap door covering them as they wait for unsuspecting prey
