Blu-ray Review: Another Wolfcop (2017)

When an evil businessman, Sydney Swallows (Yannick Bisson), comes up with a poisonous plot to use his new brand of stout beer to impregnate the locals of Woodhaven with alien babies, part time werewolf and full-time alcoholic Lou Garou (Leo Fafard reprising his role from the original Wolfcop) answers the call to action…and by that I mean he begins violently ripping people apart and showing off his massive wolf wang. Complicating the police forces efforts to shut Swallows plan down is the fact the town’s mayor, Bubba Rich (Kevin Smith) is B.D. into what that terrible tycoon is bringing to the town in the form of industry and hockey…not to mention the killer robot ol’ double S dispatches to fuck shit up six ways to Sunday…and believe you me there is a whole slew of other sinister shit our hairy hero has to contend with after that! Ever slappin’ my putrid peepers on the O.G. Wolfcop a few years back

Another WolfCop – WolfCop Is Back With A New Hair-Raising Sequel

There has been a long line of monsters in horror films, but few are as hilarious as WolfCop aka Lou Garou, played by Leo Fafard. Soon, he will be back for another round of alcohol-guzzling, ass-kicking action. For those of you who somehow missed the 2014 horror-comedy, the film follows an alcoholic cop who realizes that after a series of strange events, he has become a werewolf. Hilarity ensues. Between ripping people apart, exploding penises, sleeping with a shapeshifter, taking down a drug-ring and a cult, WolfCop proves he is the perfect crime fighting creature, as long as he has a drink first. Two months after saving Woodhaven from a gang of evil reptilian shapeshifters, Lou Garou is finding it hard to keep a low profile. Instead, he roams the street at night, gleefully and violently disposing of criminals and stealing boxes of Liquor Donuts causing all sorts of problems for his former-partner-turned chief Tina (Amy Matysio). Things begin to

WolfCop Creator Lowell Dean Gives Insight Into WolfCop 2 At Fan Expo

Many of the details surrounding the upcoming sequel to the 2014 indie werewolf film WolfCop are still being kept hush-hush.On Saturday during a panel at Fan Expo Regina WolfCop creator and director Lowell Dean discussed WolfCop 2, including the premiere date. “It’s just the beginning of May. We don’t want to give everything a away.” Dean said. During the panel, which also featured stars Leo Fafard (WolfCop himself), new cast member Warren Bates and producers Hugh Patterson and Bernie Hernando, it was stated that the plot will not repeat the first film, featuring an alcoholic police officer turned into a werewolf after an occult ritual. “I hate nothing more than movies that are like ‘Here’s everything you like, again.’ I did not want to make a sequel that was like a retread of the first film at all.” Dean said. I other words, the sequel will be fresh, funny and gory. We’ve been promised even more comedy and more gore

We Have Exciting News ! WolfCop 2 Has Wrapped Filming !

One of 2014’s best indie films is a horror-comedy by the name of WolfCop, written and directed by Lowell Dean. Back in December of 2015 we reported that a sequel was in the works. Dean announced earlier this afternoon via Twitter that WolfCop 2 has officially wrapped filming. I caught up with Lowell Dean today. He had the following to say about WolfCop 2. “I had an amazing time on the WolfCop shoot. It was intense and insane, but we has a passionate and talented team both in front of and behind the camera and I can’t wait for the world to see this crazy movie.” In the first film we are introduced to Lou Garou (Leo Fafard), a lazy alcoholic and a poor excuse for a cop, that is until he is transformed into an ass kicking werewolf, with a taste for justice. One night while out on a call to break up a party out in the woods,

‘WolfCop’ Is Getting A Sequel !

One of the best releases of 2014/2015 is a horror-comedy by the name ‘WolfCop’ . ‘Wolf Cop’ brought together the best of both worlds, blood, gore, and a werewolf cop with a taste for justice, liquor and donuts. This movie has all the markings of an instant horror-comedy classic. When Lou, an alcoholic cop, is jumped in the woods one night while out on a call, a ritual is performed. On the full moon he morphs into a werewolf, but not just any werewolf, he’s a gun toting, flask carrying, officer of the law. WolfCop sets out to bring a little justice to the corrupt town he calls home. If you haven’t seen WolfCop, watch it, watch it now, after you read the article of course. If you are a Netflix subscriber, I have good news, it’s available on their streaming service. Be sure to read our ‘WolfCop’ review . I howled with joy when I found out that a
