Movie Review: Soldier of War (2018)

Two dipshit kids go frolicking in the woods and uncover a bunker from World War II (as children often do) and end up freeing the zombie soldier inside. Said soldier then proceeds to rip the countryside a new asshole as he goes on one of those “absolutely out of control murder sprees” that are all the rage these days. Enter retirement home resident John Rhys-Davies who Basil Expoisition’s his ass all over the place and fills everybody in on the secrets he holds from he war that may help stop the monster in their midst! Soldier of War, for all of my nonsense above, is actually one entertainin’ fright flick! An Undead Enemy Rises In ‘Soldier Of War’

An undead soldier rises in Uncork’d Entertainment’s Soldier of War! In an acclaimed, award-winning performance, John Rhys-Davies (the Indiana Jones films, Lord of the Rings trilogy) faces a monstrous adversary from his past in Soldier of War, on demand this March. “Deep in the forest, two boys discover the entrance to a secret military bunker hidden since World War II and inadvertently awaken an undead soldier, who embarks on a grotesque, ritualistic killing spree. A police investigation begins, but one by one the police and other locals are murdered. Only a World War II veteran holds the secret to stop the killings, but will anybody believe him?” From director John Adams, and starring John Rhys-Davies, Rosie Fellner, and Tanya Franks, Soldier of War arrives on VOD March 3rd and DVD April 9th from Uncork’d Entertainment.
