It’s the last season, period. But, without Netflix jumping in to rescue the show after it was canceled by Fox, we wouldn’t have gotten last season or this one. We do have some good news though, Nextflix is giving fans six more episodes thank season 4, bringing the total episode count up to 16. Season 4 found Chloe (Lauren German) trying to cope with the reality that Lucifer (Tom Ellis) is

Kate Siegel Joins “Hill House” Alum For “The Haunting Of Bly Manor”

We’ve been eagerly awaiting news for “The Haunting of Bly Manor“. Victoria Pedretti, who played Nell in season one, will return for the second season as the lead character, Dani. But she won’t be returning alone. Pedretti will be joined by “Hill House” alums Henry Thomas, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, and Elizabeth Reaser. Today, Mike Flanagan announced that Kate Siegel has signed on to return as well. The family is almost complete. The second season of Netflix’s hit anthology series was inspired by Henry James’ novella The Turn of the Screw which Mike Flanagan intends to put a new spin on. He also promises that this season is going to be even “scarier” than the first. We’re looking at all the ghost stories of Henry James as the jumping-off point for the season, so it very much is a whole new deal. It’s a cool way to expand on some of the things I loved about season one, but within the framework

Netflix Taking Us On Nightmare Vacation In New Series “The I-Land”

Kate Bosworth and Natalie Martinez take a trip to Netflix’s “The I-Land” this September. The first teaser welcomes you to “The I-Land“, coming off like a horror version of “Lost.” The mysterious new event series follows ten people who wake up on a treacherous island with no memory of how they arrived. As they et off to find a way back home, they soon discover this world is not as it seems. Faced with the island’s extreme psychological and physical challenges, they must become their better selves or die as their worst. Rumor has it that the series was inspired by the disastrous Fyre Festival 2017 music festival held on a remote island. When attendees showed up they found tents, little food and no concert featuring big-name musicians. Alex Pettyfer, Ronald Peet, Kota Eberhardt, Kyle Schmid, Sibylla Deen, Giles Geary, Anthony Lee Medina, and Michele Veintimilla also star. The seven-episode event premieres on Netflix on September 12, 2019.

“The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell” Won’t Have A Second Season

Last year we were introduced to Christine McConnell, a constantly snarky Frankenstein raccoon, a mummified cat, and a werewolf in the enchanting cooking series “The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell.” McConnell, a charming cross between Martha Stewart and Morticia Gomez, gave us lessons on dark themed treats and decor. I’ll be honest, I thought the show was fantastic. Unfortunately, Netflix doesn’t feel the same way. The streaming service will not be renewing the series. McConnell took to Twitter to deliver a message to fans. I‘m very sad to say, I’ve been told there won’t be another season of The Curious Creations. Thank you to everyone who watched and has supported the series. Thank you to Henson, Wilshire, Netflix, and the amazing people who made the show with me. I’m so grateful.” Season one of the series is now streaming on Netflix.

The Second season of Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” is currently in production and is expected to premiere next year on the streaming giant. The good news is, we won’t have to wait until then for another taste of the series that has cast a spell on fans. Netflix is releasing a Sabrina holiday special next month. In the special, “The Church of Night, like all covens, celebrates the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year—when families gather together around the Yule Fire to sing pagan carols, tell ghost stories and huddle against the supernatural creatures that come out to cause mischief. Since the Winter Solstice is when the veil between this world and the next is at its thinnest, it’s the perfect time to conduct a séance—which Sabrina convenes, to try and contact her mother. But the holidays are also a time for guests and visitors—both welcome and unwelcome—and you never know what might come down the chimney.” Titled
