“Light As A Feather” Actress Amaris Davidson Talks ‘Killer Kate!’ And More

Amaris Davidson, former NBA dancer turned actress, sat down with me to talk about her roles in films like Insidious 3, as Sarah in the soon to be released film Killer Kate! and her character Coach Fazholtz on the new supernatural series “Light As A Feather” which has just arrived on Hulu. Horror Fuel: “What was it like on the set of Insidious 3?” Amaris Davidson: “Oh, man. It was in a dilapidated hospital. Movie Review: Killer Kate! (2018)

Kate (Alexandra Feld) and Angie (Danielle Burgess) are estranged sisters that haven’t said a word to one another since Angie went to college and left Kate to care for their sick father. Soon these jokers are in way over their heads as they attempt to kill Kate and company, but find themselves up against a savage ass kicker they didn’t bargain on! Killer Kate! has a fantastic premise, as we see both the gang of goofs that are destined to be victims, and the (ridiculous) group of

Elliot Feld makes his feature directorial debut with the film that stars Danielle Burgess (“The Sinner”), Tiffany Shepis (Victor Crowley, Tales of Halloween), and newcomer Alexandra Feld. “Killer Kate! is our love letter to the early films of John Carpenter,” Feld. The film centers on “estranged sisters Kate and Angie, who haven’t spoken since Angie went to college and left Kate to care for their ailing father. In a show of reconciliation, several years after moving out, Angie invites Kate to her bachelorette party held at a remote house booked on a home-sharing app. The women are unaware that by booking this house, they’re walking into a trap set in motion by a disturbed family of amateur killers.” Killer Kate! is produced by Elliot Feld, Alexandra Feld, David Feld, Jesse Pruett, and Daniel Moya, who co-wrote the screenplay.
