3: An Eye For An Eye begins as a married couple abduct a man they feel is responsible for the wife’s rape years previous. The main of course professes his innocence, but this doesn’t stop them from tying him up and trying to torture a filmed confession out of him. This all seems fine and dandy (minus the legal and moral quandaries it brings up), but there is another small problem…they may have the wrong man…and the sexual assault may have never taken place. The most intriguing thing about 3: An Eye For An Eye is that it manages to do a whole lot, with a whole lotta nothing; one main location, three actors, a minimum of props and effects…you’d think that may not be enough to hold your interest for nearly an hour and a half, but thanks to incredibly strong performances, and an excellent narrative that keeps the audience guessing and the tension mounting this is one of

Witness a kidnapping and woman’s fight for justice in award-winning filmmaker Lou Simon‘s (All girl’s Weekend, HazMat) twisted film 3: An Eye for an Eye. In the film, “A man and a woman kidnap her rapist in order to extract a confession from him. They need to get his confession on tape because he has made up an alibi. Locked up in the basement of a remote home, he is unwilling to confess on camera and continues to assert his innocence. With time running out, how far are they willing to go for justice and what if they are wrong?” Aniela McGuinness (Rock of Ages), Todd Bruno (HazMat), Mike Stanley (“Revolution”), and Katie Carpenter (Acrimony) star in this dark revenge thriller. 3: An Eye for an Eye arrives on VOD August 7, 2018, from Uncork’d Entertainment.

This is a tale of three people: “He”, “She”, and “It”. The man known as “It”, is a doctor who is traveling to visit a patient…or so he thinks. But when he has to stop on a back-road, because a car is blocking his path, he is rendered unconscious and abducted. This man will soon discover that another man known as “He” has lured him out in order to capture and take him away to an unknown location. His intention? Getting “It” to confess, on camera, to the rape of a woman known as “She”, so that the authorities will have “proof” and justice may finally be served. Of course “He” may inflict a little “private justice” of his own upon the man, as he tries to obtain a confession from him. Lou Simon directed this rape revenge tale from a script she also wrote. Unfortunately, 3 is a story that seems to be lacking in character and plot development.
