Movie Review: Sunset Society (2018)

The Sunset Society are a cadre of vampires (played by sunset strip rock icons such as Tracii Guns and Dizzy Reed…and Ron Jeremy?!!) who meet in an opulent mansion (the exterior of which is inexplicably realized through animation…we’ll get back to that in a paragraph or so) to drink the blood of strippers (apparently), and shoot the shit with their overlord Ace (Lemmy) and his mate Sophia (Phoebe Dollar). Donuts Are Out To Destroy More Than Waistlines In Attack Of The Killer Donuts

There’s a new upcoming film that is set to leave its mark on the genre, Attack of the Killer Donuts. That’s right, killer donuts, and they’re out to destroy more than our waistline. Director Scott Wheeler and writers Nathan Dalton, Chris De Christopher and Rafael Diaz-Wagner have set out to bring killer donuts to life, and we are grateful for it. A chemical accident turns ordinary donuts into blood thirsty killers. Now, it’s up to Johnny, Michelle and Howard to save their sleepy town form…Killer Donuts. “We’ve eaten them for years, now it’s their turn!” Justin Ray, Kayla Compton, Fredrick Burns, Christine Nguyen, Lauren Elise, Aaron Groben, Michael Swan, Grant O’Connell, Kassandra Voyagis, Michael Rene Walton, Michael Gaglio, Phillip Fallon and Chris De Christopher star in this kooky horror film that will cause you to never look at donuts the same way again. Attack of the Killer Donuts is slated to be released later this year.
