Prime Video’s spin-off series to “The Boys,” “Gen V,” is currently in its first bloody and brutal season. News has now come that the fantastic, twisted, and action-packed series has been renewed for a second season, and we couldn’t be more excited. “Gen V” is set at a college run by Vought International for young-adult Supes. The Prime Video hit fantasy series “The Wheel of Time,” which recently completed its critically acclaimed second season, was the topic among fans this weekend thanks to two special events that revealed both insights into season two and the highly anticipated third season! On Saturday, October 14th, the team for “The Wheel of Time” took to the Empire Stage at New York Comic-Con (NYCC) as part of a special two-hour panel titled Prime Video Presents: The Power of Prime, which featured three additional series, Invincible, Hazbin Hotel, and Upload, and lots of exclusive content across these titles, including first looks, announcements, and screenings. Movie Review: ‘Totally Killer’ Is A Fun-Filled Horror Flick

Prime Video has now released the time-traveling slasher Totally Killer. I watched it, and I have some thoughts about the movie, directed by Nahnatchka Khan (Always Be My Maybe, “Young Rock”) and starring Kiernan Shipka (“Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” ). Totally Killer follows Jamie (Shipka), whose mom, Pam (Bowen), is terrorized by the resurgence of the Sweet Sixteen Killer—a masked maniac who slaughtered a group of teenage girls in the ‘80s. With the help of her friend Amelia (Kelcey Mawema), she travels back in time to 1987 and teams up with the teen version of her mom (Holt) to try and stop the killer. Equal parts horror and comedy, the movie sets out to capture the unique charm of the 1980s. And as someone who was there, I can definitely say they nailed it. It was a time when social sensitivity was lacking; there was no such thing as getting “triggered,” and nobody cared if you chained-smoked in the car
