At first, it looks like a children’s game, and the plot sounds like a fairy tale, but dude, you are NOT ready for what’s ahead of you in Bramble: The Mountain King! After the demo went viral on Halloween 2022, the hype was indeed real for Merge Games and Dimfrost Studios’ dark adventure inspired by dark Nordic tales. I would like to give a big thank you and Tack to Merge Games and Dimfrost Studios for the reviewing opportunity! Bramble: The Mountain King is a dark Nordic adventure following Olle, a little boy who is on a mission to save his sister who was kidnapped by a troll and taken to the Mountain King. Olle then journies through a dark world where dangerous creatures from Nordic folklore stalk the woods. Now onto the game itself! Bramble: The Mountain King‘s controls are relatively simple, I just wish there was a better tutorial system in place at the game’s start. Headphones are

I can think of no job I would not want than being the one who has to operate and care for a cemetery. People dying to meet you, working the graveyard shift, having a bunch of working stiffs as coworkers, putting the fun back in funerals, noisy nights with all the coffins, playing formaldehyde and seek with corpses, dealing with grave issues, getting buried in the work, OK I’ll stop with the puns. Lazy Bear Games and Tinybuild have taken these worries and put them together into the dark comedy simulation Graveyard Keeper: Last Journey Edition. The Last Journey Edition includes the main game Graveyard Keeper and all the DLCs, Breaking Dead, Stranger Sins, Game of Crone, and the new Better Save Souls). Graveyard Keeper follows the strange tale of a man who died while rushing to get home and is sent into a medieval world where he is now the Keeper of the local Graveyard with the guidance of

You’ve seen artists with posable wooden figures, they’re cool but are limited in their movement and expression. This can be hard for someone who wants to get into drawing their own comics, manga, and storyboards. Well, help is on the way in the form of Stickybones, a poseable mannequin for not just drawing, but animation as well! I want to give a big thank you to the awesome folks over at Stickybones for making this review possible by sending over Karl, well, that’s what I’m calling him now. “Who’s Karl?” you’re probably (not) asking. Karl came disassembled, DON’T PANIC (like I did), it’s actually quite easy to figure out which parts go where but if the instructions (that came with it) are confusing, Stickybones has an assembly video you can watch! Karl is 8.5 inches tall
