‘Resident Evil 3’ Coming April 2020

This is rumor control, here’s the facts! (Bonus points if you know what line that came from!) Last week it was leaked that CAPCOM will announce that there most terrifying installment of the “Resident Evil” game series will be remade. Well… it’s true! Following the success of Resident Evil 2, CAPCOM will be indeed remaking and releasing Resident Evil 3. The story of the game will again follow Jill Valentine in the events leading up to RE2. Players will be taken to the streets of Raccoon City as the T-Virus ripped through the city all the while being chased by the scariest enemy in the game series, Nemesis. From the trailer, you can see characters from the original game are making a return like Carlos, Mikhail, and Nikolai, the mercenaries hired by Umbrella, and of course Brad. New ‘Resident Evil’ Co-Op Game In The Works

CAPCOM has announced at the Tokyo Game Show that they’re currently in works of developing a new five-player online co-op game set in the “Resident Evil” universe with the working title of Project Resistance. CAPCOM will make the game in partnership with NeoBards Entertainment. Four players take on the roles of survivors who are trapped in a twisted man-made game of survival with one player taking on the role of the “Mastermind” who controls what horrors awaits the team of survivors. Each survivor has a certain set of skills that will help aid their teammates as they go through the twisted mazes and obstacles that the Mastermind has put in place. Players must work together to solve puzzles and fight enemies that the Mastermind may unleash on them in order to escape before time runs out! The Mastermind has control of the environment and can track the movements of the four survivors through security cameras. The Mastermind can manipulate the

Two Legendary Characters Returning To ‘Resident Evil 2’

Today fans got the chance to play the demo of the upcoming Resident Evil 2 where they only have one shot to escape the Raccoon City Police Department building in 30 minutes. I tried and failed (but did not die!). Even if you completed the challenge in the 1 Shot Demo, your reward is the latest trailer for the upcoming game. Those familiar with the original story will see that there are some minor changes but it seems the overall story is the same. To my surprise and joy, the trailer also teased at the return of two legendary characters that appear at the end of the original Resident Evil 2, HUNK and Tofu! In the original game, after completing the main story, an extra game mode would start called 4th Survivor where HUNK is the sole survivor of a special operations team sent to recover samples of the G-virus. ‘Resident Evil 2’ Remake Looks Good, Scary Good

It’s been rumored ever since Capcom did a remake of “Resident Evil” that they would remake their equally popular sequel. Well at E3 it was confirmed, the remake is coming January of 2019! The reveal trailer showed a mix of cinematic and gameplay images confirming one thing to veteran fans of the original… this is a terrifying new game! Like the more recent “Resident Evil” games (with the exception of “RE7”), the game will be an over the shoulder third-person game. The main focus of course is it’s obvious the game was strapped into a chair and pumped full of nightmare fuel. The setting looks darker, grittier, and bloodier the way a zombie video game should be. If the remake of “Resident Evil 2” looks terrifying, imagine when they remake “Resident Evil 3: Nemesis”!
