One of the best horror comedies of this decade, or any for that matter, is Eli Craig‘s Tucker and Dale vs Evil starring Tyler Labine and Alan Tudyk. After years of waiting, fans will be happy to learn that we haven’t seen the last of the hillbilly duo! Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition! While talking with Escape Room a few days ago Labine stated that Tucker and Dale will be back to battle evil again soon. We’re working on something right now. I wouldn’t call it a film sequel, but the story’s not done being told. I can’t really tell you much, but we’re in development with a couple of things right now. Things are looking pretty good. New Terror Filled ‘Escape Room’ Poster Arrives Ahead Of Theatrical Debut

From Adam Robitel, the director of Insidious: The Last Key, The Taking of Deborah Logan and the horror comedy 2001 Maniacs, comes Escape Room, debuting in theaters this January. To celebrate its release a new terror filled poster has been unveiled. The film centers on six strangers who find themselves in circumstances beyond their control and must use their wits to survive. Taylor Russell, Logan Miller, Deborah Ann Woll, Jay Ellis, Tyler Labine, Nik Dodani, and Yorick van Wageningen star in the film written by Bragi Schut and Maria Melnik, based on a story by Bragi Schut. Neal H. Moritz and Ori Marmur produced with Rebecca Rivo executive producing. Escape Room opens in theater on January 4, 2019, from Sony Entertainment.

Thriller ‘Broken Star’ Coming To VOD This July

Dave Schwep is making his directorial debut with his psychological thriller Broken Star. Today we have the film’s trailer to share with you. Starring Analeigh Tipton (Warm Bodies) as a young, ambitious actress and Tyler Labine (Tucker and Dale vs Evil) as her recluse landlord. David Lee Brant, Monique Coleman, Lauren Bowles, Natasha Loring, and Alex Lombard, and Josh Davis co-star. In the movie, “Markey Marlowe (Tipton), a young, ambitious actress who will stop at nothing to ensure everlasting fame. A Trio Enters ‘The Maze’ From The Director Of ‘The Taking of Deborah Logan’

Next year we getting not one, but two features from Adam Robitel, the man behind 2014’s frightening film The Taking of Deborah Logan. Robitel will be delivering Insidious: The Last Key and The Maze which we have casting news for. Deadline is reporting that Tyler Labine (Tucker and Dale vs. Evil (pictured), Jay Ellis (Insecure), and Nik Dodani (Atypical) have joined the cast that already includes Deborah Ann Woll (True Blood), Taylor Russell (Lost in Space), and Logan Miller (Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse). In the film, a psychological thriller, centers on six strangers who find themselves in circumstances beyond their control. They must use their wits to survive. The Maze was penned by Bragi Schut and Maria Melnik. Ori Marmur and Neal Moritz are producing for Original Films.

Netflix’s Horror Comedy ‘Little Evil’ Gets Hilarious New Trailer

Adam Scott (Parks and Recreation, Black Mass) and Evangeline Lilly (Ant-Man, The Hobbit) are starring in Netflix’s latest original film, the horror-comedy Little Evil. Written and directed by Eli Craig (Zombieland,Tucker & Dale vs Evil), the film centers on Gary (Scott) who has just married the woman of his dreams, Samantha (Lilly), only to discover that her six-year-old son (Owen Atlas) may very well be the Antichrist. The talented cast includes Donald Faison (Scrubs), Tyler Labine (Tucker and Dale vs Evil), Chris D’Elia (Workaholics), Bridget Everett (Trainwreck), Clancy Brown (Starship Troopers), and Brad Williams (Mascots). Stuber will produce alongside Dylan Clark and Michael Berman of Mandalay. Nicholas Nesbitt and Mark Moran are serving as executive producers. Filming has begun in Cleveland. ‘Tucker And Dale Vs. Evil’ Finally Getting A Sequel

For years fans have been asking for a sequel to the 2010 horror-comedy ‘Tucker ans Dale Vs. Evil’. According to Slashfilms, our request may finally be answered. At the Horrorhound convention in Cincinnati, Ohio, the movie’s stars Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine stated that the producers have declared that the movie is now in development. The two actors are extremely protective of ‘Tucker and Dale vs. Evil’ and refuse to make a sequel unless the quality lives up to the original. Tudyk and Labine have gone on record as saying “We’ll never make a shitty sequel”. Why can’t more actors take as much pride in their films? It may be a while before we see the sequel, the script has not been written yet, but at least we have it to look forward to.
