Movie Review: ‘The Babysitter: Killer Queen’ Is A Frighteningly Funny Flick

There are few genres I love as much as horror, but horror-comedies are right up there on the list. When you can find one of those rare films that can both scare you and make you laugh, you’re in for a treat! Two years ago we were left overjoyed with Netflix The Babysitter, so when Netflix announced the sequel, The Babysitter: Killer Queen, I was beyond excited. Now, that bad boy is about, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint! Judah Lewis returns as the quick-witted Cole, this time around he doesn’t just have a cult to deal with, everyone thinks he made up the events from the first movie. If that’s not enough, there’s also the regular high school drama. The poor kid can’t catch a break. Lewis has acting talent beyond his years and pulls off the character to the “T”. The combo of goofy, sweet, and slightly badass is perfect for this character. He’s relatable

We’ve Got The First Images From Netflix’s Sequel To The Hit Movie ‘The Babysitter’!

The sequel to Netflix’s 2017 horror-comedy The Babysitter, The Babysitter: Killer Queen, is headed your way this September and we’ve got the first look! Directed by McG who co-wrote the film with Dan Lagana, Brad Morris, and Jimmy Warden, the movie is based on characters by Brian Duffield. The Killer Queen picks up two years after defeating a satanic cult led by his babysitter Bee, Cole’s trying to forget his past and focus on surviving high school. But when old enemies unexpectedly return, Cole will once again have to outsmart the forces of evil. Judah Lewis returns as does Bella Thorne, Hana Mae Lee, and Robbie Amell. Emily Alyn Lind, Jenna Ortega, Andrew Bachelor, Leslie Bibb, also star along with Ken Marino, Chris Wylde, Carl McDowell, Juliocesar Chavez, Maximilian Acevedo, Jennifer Foster, Helen Hong McG, p.g.a., Mary Viola, p.g.a., and Zack Schiller produced.
