Rights To Anne Rice’s Vampire Chronicles Optioned By Paramount
We first told you about Anne Rice’s planning a television adaption of her Vampire Chronicles back last year. Back in December she confirmed her plan to bring the story to television with her son Christopher by her side. Since then, we haven’t had heard any new, until now. Rice revealed on her Facebook page that Paramount Television and Anonymous Content have optioned the series along with the rights to eleven other books from the brilliant writer. Below is the statement she shared on her page. Paramount Television and Anonymous Content have optioned the rights to 11 books from acclaimed author Anne Rice’s bestselling series The Vampire Chronicles.
