‘Walking Dead’ fans are about to be upset. Our beloved series is about to change thanks to a few overly-sensitive people who could not handle the season 7 premiere. The head-honchos of the series have decided to go back and edit the second half of the season and tone down the violence. Executive producer Gale Anne Hurd on the new milder ‘Walking Dead’: We were able to look at the feedback on the level of violence,” Hurd stated at the NATPE conference. “We did tone it down for episodes we were still filming for later on in the season.” This is not a show that is torture porn,” Hurd said. After the backlash over the finale, “we don’t cross that line.” Did they forget that it has been a show featuring violence and zombies since day one? The decision to minimize the violence will change a lot of scenes. No more head bashing, no more guts being spilled. I remember

Danai Gurira Gives Insight Into Michonne’s State Of Mind

When we first introduced to Michonne she was tough, and a bit cold. Over the past few seasons we have seen her let down her guard and form a loving relationship with her group, especially with Rick, Carl and Judith. Last season we witnessed Michonne and Rick share a heated moment and began a real relationship. That still continues but Negan’s arrival has brought tension into their affair. While Rick seems to have submitted to Negan’s rule, Michonne has no interest in being Negan’s servant and that is causing the two love birds problems that are only going to escalate. It’s a bit hard to judge what is going on in Michonne’s head. She is not a talker and has one hell of a poker face. According to Danai Gurira who plays the Katakana wielding, walker killing, badass, Michonne and Rick have grown apart. Parent’s Television Council Demanding AMC Removed From Cable Bundles Because Of Premiere

After The Walking Dead’s savage, gory, season 7 premiere aired fans took to social media to express their heartbreak. One group, the Parent’s Television Council, definitely weren’t impressed. In fact, they are down-right furious about the episode. The watch-dog group has their panties in a bunch over the brutality of Negan’s two kills, Abraham and Glenn, and are demanding that AMC be removed from cable bundles. Tim Winter, the president of the PTC, spoke with THR about the demand to remove AMC. When a basic cable network like AMC edges or even surpasses the premium networks in terms of explicit content, consumers must be afforded more control over which networks they purchase and which networks they don’t.” He also had a lot to say about ‘The Walking
