Scream Team Releasing (the distributors of The Barn and 10/31) has announced the newest addition to the label, The Sleeper, a retro throwback directed by Justin Russell that pays homage to the early slasher films of the 80s’ such as Black Christmas, Prom Night, The House on Sorority Row, and Girls Nite Out. Originally released for purchase on DVD and VHS back in 2013, The Sleeper gained a cult following throughout the indie scene but eventually went out of print. The Scream Team is happy to say that after many years of slumber The Sleeper is now awake and ready to make some calls! Re-issued and now upgraded to HD as a brand new 2 Disc Blu-ray + DVD Combo Pack. Packed with bonus features including an hour-long making-of featurette, and reversible case artwork.
