‘Family Guy’ Took A Stab At Making A Horror Film

Shows like The Simpsons, American Dad, and Family Guy have all aired great horror themed episodes and parodies of our favorite genre films and series. In season 14, episode 4 of Family Guy, titled ‘Peternormal Activity’, Peter and the gang took a stab at writing a horror movie. Not only did they come with a few ideas that played out like short films, they even payed homage to that famous scene in the first episode of The Walking Dead when Rick woke up to find the hospital was filled with zombies. While trying to find the right atmosphere for writing the film they decide an abandoned Asylum would be the perfect place. The problem is, it is said to be haunted by a killer with a hook hand. Of course, things go sideways and the guys are left in a tough situation. Don’t worry if you missed the episode, you can find the entire series on Hulu. Here’s a clip

Couple Recreates Classic Film Scenes With Their Cats

UK residents David and Sarah, the owners of two identical cats, have created a brilliant, must see Instagram account featuring their kitties in the lead roles of classic movies. We have two cats (who are almost identical) named Willow and Tara, though Tara is featured in most of our movie cat pics,” the pair told The Dodo. “We started doing it as a picture question in our pub quiz’s film/TV round, and it went down really well so we made it a regular thing.” The cute identical kitties are paid in treats. Which is a pretty good deal, if you ask me. It can be a challenge to get them to cooperate, but they get lots of treats so that tends to win them over to our nonsense,” David and Sarah said. “We’re going to keep making them. It’s a hilarious way to spend a Sunday!” For more from @MovieCats visit their Instagram account. Photo Credit: petguide.com
