Sexual Assault Victim Of Jeepers Creepers Director, Victor Salva, Speaks Out

While a lot of fans of the Jeepers Creepers franchise are excited about the third installment approaching release, a lot of other genre fans have made it clear that they will not support any film involving the franchise’s writer-director Salva. For those of you who know nothing of Salva’s past, let me explain. In 1987 Slava was arrested on eleven counts of sexual abuse of a child. Yeah, he’s a peodophile. In fact, that’s his mugshot (above). He was smiling. His victim, Nathan Forrest Winters, was the young boy who played the role of Casey in Salva’s ’87 film Clownhouse. Reportedly, Winters is not Salva’s only victim. Winters in Clownhouse Winters has finally broken his silence about what he and others suffered at the hands of Salva with help from filmmaker Connar Frazier will be making a documentary and using his experiences to raise awareness, educate, and help others who have been through the same horrible crimes. Director And Lead Actor Confirmed For ‘World War Z 2’

In April we reported that David Fincher was in negotiations to direct the long awaited sequel to the 2013 zombie hit World War Z. Now, it’s official. In an interview with THR Paramount chairman Jim Gianopulos confirmed that the director has indeed signed on to helm the sequel. It has now also been confirmed that Brad Pitt will be reprising his role as Gerry Lane. This will be fourth film that Fincher and Pitt have worked together on, including Se7en, Fight Club, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. During the interview Gianopulos revealed that the World War Z 2 is now in “advanced development”. Steven Knight, who penned the script back in 2014, said in 2015 that the sequel will be different from the first film and will be starting with a “clean slate”. There is no word at this time if Knight’s script will be still be used or if a new script has been written. In the

Another Spin-Off For The Conjuring 2 ?

The Conjuring is headed towards being the franchise with the most spin-offs in history. There is possibly another spin-off on its way. And no, I’m not talking about Annabelle 2: Creation or The Nun. Annabelle: Creation producer Peter Safran said something very interesting while talking with JoBlo recently. He said that it is a possibility that the “Crooked Man” from The Conjuring 2 may get a film of his own. “…I suspect a movie with him would be really really cool.” He continued, “…we have some interesting ideas for him. So we’ll see.” The creepy long-legged entity, played by Javier Botet, was not CGI like many thought. That was just Botet in a skin tight suit. Safran explains, “None of it was CG. It was 100% practical. That actor just looks like that, we created an amazing wardrobe for him. Skin tight latex-basically suit.” I could definitely see a whole film based on the character, he is creepy as hell.

More Films For The Ghostbusters Franchise Are On The Way

After last year’s female-driven reboot of Ghostbusters failed to cover costs at the box office and left fans unhappy, we thought it would be awhile before we saw another sequel for the franchise. It turns out, we were only half right. In a recent interview with io9, Ivan Reitman, who directed the original and still co-owns Ghost Corps, acknowledged the 2016 reboot’s failures, but left with fans with hope. Not only will we be getting a 2019 or 2020 animated film, there are more live-action instalments on the way. We certainly would’ve loved to have a larger hit,” Reitman said. “But considering the last film was almost 30 years ago, it really did extremely well. I think the film cost too much, frankly, and that’s the real issue. I personally had other points of view in terms of where the film should go and it was kind of a continuous conversation with Paul [Feig] about that. But Paul was the

Dig These New Details From Tremors 6

One of my favorite things about the Tremors franchise is that the graboids are an ever evolving creatures. From the original Graboids to Shriekers all the way to Ass-blasters. Tremors 6 will be continuing that evolution. Director Don Michael Paul recently revealed a few hints on Facebook, including that fans might “get an icy glimpse of a Dirt Devil as you’ve never seen it before!!!!” We have also learned that the Graboids will be modified, but who is behind it? In Tremors 6, Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and his son Travis Welker (Jamie Kennedy) find themselves up to their ears in Graboids and Ass-Blasters when they head to Canada to investigate a series of deadly giant-worm attacks. Arriving at a remote research facility in the arctic tundra, Burt begins to suspect that Graboids are secretly being weaponized, but before he can prove his theory, he is sidelined by Graboid venom. With just 48 hours to live, the only hope is

New Line’s Conjuring franchise is expanding once again. The spinoff to The Conjuring 2, The Nun, is moving forward, with production set to begin this May. Director Corin Hardy tweeted a photo yesterday with the caption, “And so it begins…” The film centers on the entity that appears as a nun who stalks Lorraine Warren (Vera Farmiga) in The Conjuring 2. While in the 2016, true-story-inspired, hit features Lorraine battling the nun, the spinoff will come as a prequel, revealing the entity’s backstory. The Nun will be the fifth film in The Conjuring franchise including: The Conjuring, its spinoff Annabelle, The Conjuring 2, and Annabelle 2 which will arrive in theaters on August 11, 2017 from director David F. Pennywise Stalks Georgie In The New Image From Stephen King’s ‘IT’

A new image has emerged from Andy Muschietti’s IT, written by Gary Dauberman. Just like the classic scene from the mini series we can see Pennywise (Bill Skarsgard) peering out from the gutter, calling to Georgie. The image, a photo of an IT spread in the latest Empire Magazine, was shared on the “Stephen King’s IT 2017” Facebook page. While the trailer has not been released online, it did play at SXSW. The trailer revealed the scene that opens with Bill (Jaeden Lieberher) making a paper boat for his younger brother Georgie, played by Jackson Robert Scott. Georgie runs outside with his boat to play in the rain. As the boat floats down the street beside the curb, Georgie falls and his boat is lost in the gutter. As he peers into the darkness in search of his boat, Pennywise suddenly appears and the screen goes to black. Hopefully, we will see the trailer released soon. Even though though IT’s
