Prepare To Enter The Twilight Zone – New Film In Development

Warner Bros. is taking us on a journey to “a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.” Screenwriters Rand Ravich , Jason Rothenberg , and Tony Peckham will pen the script for the film that will center on one story from the strange universe, where anything can happen. While they are still searching for the right director, several producers are now attached including Hollywood heavy-hitter Leonardo DiCaprio who will produce alongside Jennifer Davisson and Michael Ireland. The Twilight Zone began in 1959 as a black and white series that became iconic. While the show ended in 1964, there has since been a film (1983) and a series revival that ran from 1985 to

GUNN MEDIA Discusses ‘FRIDAY THE 13TH” Single Player Mode

The Friday the 13th Videogame has been a popular multiplayer game for over a month now, but those who prefer to game alone have so far been left out. Well never fear single player aficionados, because Gun Media, the developers behind Friday the 13th, have a single player mode set to release later this summer, and we just got our first glimpse of what it will entail. While no gameplay footage has yet emerged, Gun Media developers Wes Keltner gave a tease today on twitter. “Think about the game like a film: Multi-player starts at reel 4. Eeveryone knows Jason is there. Single-player starts at reel 1. All victims have no idea.” What this implies is that the single player mode of Friday the 13th will be a stealth game, or at least more heavily focused around stealth than the online free-for-all component. With 13 movies worth of material to pull, there are certainly plenty of missions Jason could partake

The Crooked Man Is Coming – Film Greenlit By New Line Cinema

“There was a crooked man, and he walked a crooked mile. He found a crooked sixpence upon a crooked stile. He bought a crooked cat, which caught a crooked mouse, And they all lived together in a little crooked house.” As a kid you may have heard the nursery rhyme about the Crooked Man. The rhyme was made frightening in The Conjuring 2 when the entity came to life. The fact that the Crooked Man was NOT CG is even more incredible (you can find out more here). Javier Botet’s portrayal of the long-limbed entity, with a grin made of pointed teeth, was absolutely terrifying. Back in May we reported that the latest spin-off of The Conjuring franchise, based on the Crooked Man, was in the works. Now, we can tell that the film has officially gotten the go-ahead for production to begin, THR says. New Line Cinema has tapped Mike Van Waes to pen the screenplay, based on James

Just trying to avoid any mistakes that those people might’ve made. The first Halloween is scary as shit. And the second Halloween is scary, but not as scary. And then from there, it isn’t as scary. Zac Efron To Star As Ted Bundy In EXTREMELY WICKED, SHOCKINGLY EVIL AND VILE

Just as Baywatch is arriving in theaters, Zac Efron has signed on to star in Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile from Oscar-nominated director Joe Berlinger. The film will take a new approach to Bundy’s terrifyingly real tale, it will be told from the perspective of Bundy’s longtime girlfriend Elizabeth Kloepfer. Kloepfer suffered through years of rumors and accusations. She eventually turned Bundy into police. Bundy only confessed his crimes when his execution date drew near. He ultimately claimed responsibility for the 30 murders of young woman during the 1970’s, but law officials believe the number is actually much higher. Not only was he a serial killer, he was also a rapist, burglar, and necrophile. The reason he could allegedly get so close to his victims was that he was both handsome, charming and convincing. Bundy was executed in the electric chair at Raiford Prison in Starke, Florida, on January 24, 1989. Filming is set to begin on October 9,
