Killer Klowns From Outer Space The TV Series ?

Killer Klowns from Outer Space is a B-horror classic. The 1988 film is a fun and a bit cheesy. There have been talks of a sequel for a while, but nothing concrete. In a recent interview with The Movie Crypt Podcast Stephen Chiodo, the directer and co-writer of the original, explained that a TV series may be the right way to go. “Right now, we are currently pursuing a long arch series for cable. We wondered, should we do a sequel to the first one or do we do a remake? We came up with a “requel” – it’s a sequel and remake. We’ve been developing this for a while, it’s a trilogy in four parts, and it really follows the continuing adventures of new people who are experiencing this phenomenon of a Klown invasion, and once in a while you see some of the old guys pop up and hear their stories – find out what happened over the

Movie Review: Final Girl (2015)

This morning I sat down to watch a movie that I had heard good things about, Final Girl. The film, directed by Tyler Shields, opened with a young girl sitting across a table from a stranger (Wes Bentley). During their conversation the man asks the girl a series of questions, gauging her answers to see if she is the girl he’s looking for. It’s revealed during the questioning that both of the girl’s parents are dead. He asks if she wants to come with him, so that he can train her. Her response? “Can I have ice cream?” Maybe it’s just me, but I would be asking a few more questions. In the next scene we see him teaching Veronica (Abigail Breslin) to fight. Her mission is assigned, take down a ring of killer friends, who like to hunt down blonde girls for fun. Of course, she sets it up where she happens to catch their attention. The leader of

He Who Walks Behind The Rows Has Returned – A New Children Of The Corn Sequel Currently Filming

There are few things creepier than kids in horror films. One of the most popular franchises featuring evil kids is Children of the Corn. And a new sequel, the tenth film of the franchise, is filming as we speak. Joel Soisson (Children of the Corn: Genesis) penned the new script and John Gulager (Feast, Piranha 3DD) is in the director’s chair. Little else is known about the project at this point. Dimension Films has not revealed if the new Children of the Corn will be direct to DVD like many if its predecessors or who has been cast. Many believe that Dimension is rushing to make the film due to the fact that if a new film of a franchise isn’t made every six years, they will loose the rights to the franchise. But I guess we will find out soon enough. The original Children of the Corn premiered on March 9, 1984 and centered on a couple trapped in
