The ‘Lore’ T.V. Show Has An Official Trailer

Last week, we announced that the upcoming Lore T.V. show has an official release date of Friday, October 13th. We included a brief teaser trailer in that article. As with most teaser trailers, we really weren’t shown a lot of what we can expect from the television show itself. Well, this morning a new, “official” trailer was released and it is chock-full of creepy images! The Lore T.V. show will be based on the popular Lore podcast, hosted by Aaron Mahnke, and it will give us 6 distinct episodes. Each episode will cover a piece of folklore that has given us many of our modern horror staples–werewolves, vampires, changelings and many other paranormal entities. The shows will use a combination of animation, narration and live action re-enactments. Rest assured, the likelihood of this series being a flash in the pan is slim, due in large part to the amazing talent that is backing the production up. Executive producers include an

‘Nightmares’, The Interactive Series From The Creator Of The ‘Underworld’ Franchise

A new terrifying series, ‘Nightmares’, will explore viewers nightmares in an attempt to uncover where the dreams come from and why they occur. What makes the series unique is that viewers can submit their nightmares via a website. Each nightmare chosen will be reenacted in the form of a short film. Experts will then help interpret the nightmares and get to the bottom of why the person is plagued by the terrifying dreams. If that wasn’t enough, Kane Hodder, Jason Vorhees himself, will lead his team, into the home of the viewer, in search of any paranormal activity that might be triggering the nightmares. Hodder has led the team of paranormal investigators, Hollywood Ghost Hunters, for some time now. The host of ‘Nightmares’ is none other than the creator of the ‘Underworld’ franchise, Kevin Grevioux. Veteran horror actor Lance Henriksen (Alien) will be introducing each episode and the tone for each episode will be set by artwork of Clive Barker,

‘6:15’ The First Zombie Film Of It’s Kind

Writer director Ben Samuels (Kantemir, Watch Me Now) has teamed up with his brother Oliver to bring the first completely “First Person” film of the zombie genre. The film is a one-shot first person film. We see the entire film though the eyes of the main character. We have the first clip of ‘6:15’ and it brings to mind movies like ‘Day of the Dead’ (2004). It’s gritty, bloody and filled with non-stop action, like a zombie film should be. The fact that it is one-shot and filmed from the first person perspective makes it completely unique. ‘6:15’ stars ‘Camp Dread’ actress Montana Marks, Amy Rutledge (The Neighbor), Rosebud Baker (Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys), Matt Riker (Watch Me) and Canadian Much Music VJ Bradford How. Three Face/Off contestants created the gory makeup effects in ‘6:15’. In the movie we watch as a couple fights to survive a viral outbreak on an isolated Pennsylvania farm. Zombies are invading
