‘Cult Of Chucky’ Is Coming To Netflix In Time For Halloween!

Chucky’s back and he’s going to be everywhere this October! We reported just a few days ago that Cult of Chucky will make its television this October as part of AMC’s FearFest. Now, we’ve learned that Cult of Chucky will also be coming to Netflix next month! In the seventh film of the franchise, confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) is erroneously convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered her entire family. But when her psychiatrist introduces a new therapeutic “tool” to facilitate his patients’ group sessions — an all-too-familiar “Good Guy” doll with an innocently smiling face — a string of grisly deaths begins to plague the asylum, and Nica starts to wonder if maybe she isn’t crazy after all. Andy Barclay (Alex Vincent), Chucky’s now-grown-up nemesis from the original Child’s Play, races to Nica’s aid. But to save her he’ll have to get past Tiffany (Oscar-nominee Jennifer Tilly),

The New ‘Cult Of Chucky’ Trailer Is All Kinds Of Awesome !

Chucky is back and ready to slice and dice the patients of a mental institution in Cult of Chucky. The sequel, which we first reported back in 2014, wrapped filming in February. The first full trailer is here and it looks killer. The movie picks up four years after the events of Curse of Chucky. Creator-writer-director Don Mancini has promised that Cult of Chucky will be the bloodiest and goriest film of the entire franchise. That says a lot taking inconsideration the scenes in Seed of Chucky, including Method Man’s guts being spilled at the dinner table. In the film, Nica, played by Fiona Dourif, has been confined to a asylum for the criminally insane and is erroneously convinced that she, not Chucky (Brad Dourif), murdered her entire family. But when her psychiatrist introduces a new therapeutic “tool” to facilitate his patients’ group sessions — an all-too-familiar “Good Guy” doll with an innocently smiling face — a string of grisly

The sequel, which we first reported back in 2014, is titled Cult of Chucky. We’ve been following the film’s development closely and were ecstatic to be able to tell fans that the movie wrapped filming in February. So far, we know that the movie picks up four years after the events of Curse of Chucky. Creator-writer-director Don Mancini has promised that Cult of Chucky will be the bloodiest and goriest film of the entire franchise. That says a lot taking inconsideration the scenes in Seed of Chucky. During a recent interview with CBC, Mancini gave a little more insight into what we can expect from the film. And Back in February, returning actor Alex Vincent announced that filming had wrapped. Now, franchise creator, writer and director Don Mancini revealed at this weekend’s Monsterpalooza’s Cult of Chucky panel that the sequel will be the “goriest of all the movies”. That says a lot considering the level of gore in Bride of Chucky and Seed of Chucky. Remember when John Waters had his face melted off? The cast added even more tidbits during the panel. Actress Jennifer Tilly added during the panel that now the studio is considering a theatrical release. And Dourif revealed that the film was torture for her character. In the film, confined to an asylum for the criminally insane for the past four years, Nica Pierce (Fiona Dourif) is erroneously convinced that she, not Chucky, murdered

Don Mancini Drops Hint About Child’s Play 7

Back in 2013 the sixth film in the ‘Child’s Play’ franchise returned to its roots, reminding us of the first ‘Child’s Play’ films. For the past year, we have heard whispers of a seventh film in the works. Today, we finally have an update. Don Mancini, the creator and writer of the franchise, Tweeted a photo of the Glen doll (Chucky and Tiffany’s kid) “doubling for Chucky”. Leading us to wonder if the seventh film will be more in the vain of 1998’s ‘Bride of Chucky’ and 2004’s ‘Seed of Chucky’, which would be just fine with me. I love those movies. Either way, the good news is that film has entered preproduction. We do know that Jennifer Tilly, who co-stared in both ‘Bride of Chucky’ and ‘Seed of Chucky’, will be returning for ‘Child’s Play 7’ along with Fiona Dourif, who starred in ‘Child’s Play 6: Curse Of Chucky’. Dourif is also the daughter of actor Brad Dourif who
