“Expedition Bigfoot” Investigation Yields DNA Results

The ‘Expedition Bigfoot’ team (left to right): Russell Acord, Ronny LeBlanc, Dr. Mireya Mayor, Bryce Johnson The elite team of researchers of “Expedition Bigfoot” returns from a two-month cross-country investigation after discovering mysterious evidence of a non-human primate in the Appalachians. The team collected surprising DNA evidence while in the field searching for the most famous and elusive cryptid, Bigfoot. Throughout their two-month journey, the team – Bryce Johnson (expedition operations), Dr. Mireya Mayor (primatologist), Russell Acord (ex-military/survivalist), and Ronny LeBlanc (Bigfoot researcher) – used the latest in advanced technologies to narrow their search within the designated target zones, beginning in Kentucky and then switching mid-expedition to Washington State. As the investigation intensified, possible evidence that Bigfoot may be in the area began to surface – vocalizations, unexplained structures commonly described by Bigfoot witnesses, and massive 16-inch footprints that no man could have left behind. New ‘Jurassic Park’ Mobile Game Has You Catching Dinosaurs

Like Pokémon Go? Like Jurassic Park (World)? What if the two met and have an awesome lovechild? Well, they did and it’s called Jurassic World Alive! Like Pokémon Go, the mobile game allows users to explore their surroundings looking for Dinosaurs and capturing them. Along with collecting dinosaurs, users will be able to create their own dinosaur hybrids and pit their creations in battles against other players. What sets this game apart from Pokémon Go is that players can still collect dinos from the comfort of their own home using an in-game drone that extracts their DNA. The game at launch will have 100 dinosaur species with other species added to the game over time. The game is available for iOS and Android devices and can be registered HERE.

The Grimm Sleeper – A Modern Serial Killer

So I thought that instead of a list of bests or worsts (although those are always fun and interesting) I will focus on the umbrella theme of this year: death. There was a very high profile serial killer sentenced to death this year. I knew nothing about it until researching for this article. He is horrific enough that he will surely join the lore of killers we read about in books and see in film adaptations. His story involves multiple victims, picture-trophies, possible countless other victims, and spreads over three decades. Lonnie David Franklin Jr. was born on August 30, 1952 in California. He was married, had two children and served a term in the U.S. Military. His neighbors described the man as “friendly and quiet” and he would often chat with them as he worked on
