A&E Kills Damien

While fans were yelling “it’s all for you Damien”, A&E just didn’t feel the same way. The Antichrist series will not be getting a second season. We were disappointed to learn that it has officially been canceled due to the fact that the series was not bringing in the number of viewers A&E had hoped for. Last night Damien’s showrunner and executive producer Glen Mazzara took to Twitter to break the news. This hurts to say but #Damien will not be getting a second season. Thank you from all of us to our amazing fans. — Glen Mazzara (@glenmazzara) May 20, 2016 The #Damien fandom has been the absolute best. So sorry we won’t be able to continue our story for you. — Glen Mazzara (@glenmazzara) May 20, 2016 I really loved making #Damien We all did. We just never got the numbers there. The Omen Spin-off Series “Damien” Is Out Now

The premiere of A&E’s “Damien” is now only days away (March 7). Bradley James (iZombie) will star as Damien. Omid Abtahi (Argo) co-stars along with Megalyn Echikunwoke (The Following), David Meunier (Aquarius), Scott Wilson (The Walking Dead), and Barbara Hershey, who played the role of Lorraine Lambert in Insidious: Chapter 2. I have to admit, when I first learned about the series back last year, I was a little skeptical. But now, I’m intrigued. The trailers look great, and the show has a fantastic cast. I’m not sure how long of a run Damien will have, I
