Kickstarter Coming For A Social Network Aimed At Gamers

Social media users utilize websites to stay in touch with friends, keep up with current trends, voice opinions, share laughs, and meet new people. Gamers are no different on these sites but they have to swim through a lot of other people’s nonsense to see what they’re more interested in. Well, if you’re a gamer who would rather talk gaming, get the latest news and reviews, guess what, there may be a new site just for you and others like you! A Kickstarter campaign will begin on November 30th for GameCritter, a new kind of social media site dedicated to all things gaming. The site will combine some of the best concepts from social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, Metacritic, Reddit and Quora in an all-in-one site. For gamers, the site will allow users to post statuses, community-driven reviews for games, and join in discussions by asking/answering questions. Users are rewarded for participating on the site and interacting with others

‘State Of Decay 2’ Coming This Month To Xbox One

Undead Labs was credited with making the most realistic zombie survival game, State of Decay back in 2013. Now, fans of the game will be excited to know that State of Decay 2 is coming soon to Xbox One. The story takes place 18 months after the events of the first game; a young woman is taken into the ranks of other survivors who are building a community for survivors. Each character is playable and each has an important set of skills necessary to ensure the survival of the community. You can choose between solo or co-op (up to three players) campaigns in this third-person shooter in an open world environment where you must face both zombies and human enemies all the while trying to find supplies and friendly survivors for your community. The game will be out on May 22 on Xbox One and Microsoft Windows.

Swatting Prank Results In Death

Playing Video games online is supposed to be fun, well, not many people think so (me included) for many reasons but the main one is being “Swatted” (Swatting) a prank that involves emergency services most notably Law Enforcement, to respond to a call involving a violent incident. These calls are done anonymously through online services or programs which are supposed to make it hard to be traced (but can be). Swatting usually happens to high profile individuals, celebrities, politicians and gaming streamers but some people Swatted other players out of revenge, normally these incidents are potentially dangerous but on Thursday night it became deadly. Police in Wichita, Kansas responded to a call that a man killed his father and has taken people in the house hostage. After arriving and at the front door of the house, Andrew Finch (29) was shot and killed by a police officer as he opened the door. It turned out the call was a Swatting
