This March “Into The Dark” Takes Us To The “Treehouse”

Hulu and Bluhouse’s horror-themed anthology series “Into the Dark” last took us inside an elevator for Valentine’s Day. Now, we’re ready to check out “Treehouse“, written and directed by James Roday (“Blood Drive”). To celebrate the Ides of March, “Treehouse” tells a tale about chef Peter Rake, who tries to escape a recent wave of negative press by retreating to his family’s vacation home in the woods. But the ghosts of his past are out for blood. Jimmi Simpson (“Westworld”, “Black Mirror”), Mary McCormack (1408, Deep Impact), Shaunette Renee Wilson (Black Panther), Maggie Lawson (Gamer), Stephanie Beatriz (“Brooklyn Nine-Nine”), Julianna Guill, Michael Weston, Amanda Walsh, Sutton Foster, and Cass Bugge star in “Treehouse” premiering on Hulu March 1, 2019.

Blood Drive’s Season Finale Teased In New Clip “Finish Line”

One of (if not the) best new horror series on TV is Syfy’s ‘Blood Drive’. Ahead of Wednesday’s season finale a new clip teases the battle Arthur (Alan Ritchson (interview)), Grace (Christina Ochoa) and Slink (Colin Cunningham) are about to face as they race towards the company at the center of the country’s downfall on what is basically a suicide mission. Over the past 12 episodes, we’ve seen hundreds slaughtered, serious ass-kicking action, and Arthur go from a mild mannered cop to a bad-ass “Primo”. We’ve seen Grace evolve too. Some of her walls have come down as she’s grown to care about Author. We’ve even come to love Slink’s twisted self. I hate that the season is almost over, but hopefully, Syfy has taken notice of ‘Blood Drive’s’ legion of fans on social media demanding that they #RenewBloodDrive. And we are right there with them. This season has left us craving more! Check out the clip for the finale,

Alan Ritchson Talks Syfy’s ‘Blood Drive’ In An Interview

Alan Ritchson, who has appeared in series such as Blue Mountain State and films like The Wedding Ringer and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, is now starring in Syfy’s new series Blood Drive. Ritchson sat down with me to answer a few questions about the insane series and his role as Officer Arthur Bailey, the last good cop in a world that’s gone to hell. Syfy and Midnight Grindhouse have teamed up for this brutal, high-octane series, set in a near-dystopian future, 1999. The show centers on a former cop (Ritchson) who is forced to take part in a death race in which cars run on human blood. Partnered with Grace, the two must race as a team, like it or not, or have their heads blown off by a remote device implanted at the base of their skulls.
