It’s beginning to look a lot like “1984” in 1964 in Compulsion Games and Gearbox Publishing’s long-awaited stealth RPG, “We Happy Few”. The story follows three characters whose tails are interconnected as they all wish to leave England that’s become a dystopian nation after the Second World War. In this alternative universe, Germany invaded England but it’s hinted that they were eventually forced out. Since then citizens have forgotten the past by taking pills known simply as Joy. Kingart Games’ Kickstarter campaign was more than just successful; it was a colossal triumph for the independent developer whose Kickstarter is only 48 hours away (at this time) from ending. What game could they have come up with that would amass such a following? When the war ended, these mechs became part of everyday life but now forces from the shadows are planning to destabilize Europe and engulf the world into another great war where control of the world is at stake. The idea of the game came from the works of Polish artist Jakub Różalski, which depicts giant robots being used in the European countryside. Now onto the game itself! Iron Harvest is a real-time-strategy (RTS) game where players

Saturday (June 13th) was the premiere of Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell on BBC America, and if you didn’t watch it, you definitely should have. Why? Because it’s awesome, and because I said so. . .what are you still doing here? Why aren’t you checking to see if it’s On-Demand or something? Oh fine, if you won’t just take my word for it I guess I’ll try and explain why it’s awesome, and why you should be watching it. Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell is based on the Hugo Award-winning novel of the same name, written by Susanna Clarke. Never having read the book, I can’t speak to the television series’ quality as an adaptation, but as someone who does watch a butt-load of television, I can speak to its quality as an excellent TV show. The series is extremely original and innovative, exploring territory that is very rarely explored in either movies or television, alternate history. Hold on, before
