A24, Ti West, And Mia Goth Are Being Sued By Background Actor

Today (Friday) a lawsuit was filed by a Background Actor, the proper title for “Extra”, against A24 and director Ti West for wrongful termination, and actress Mia Goth for battery that resulted in him getting a concussion. The background actor, James Hunter, was cast as “Dead Parishioner” for MaXXXine, the third installment in the X trilogy. Hunter’s role involved him lying on the ground covered in fake blood with Goth running past him or stepping over him. During one take Goth’s foot got a bit too close for Hunter’s comfort and he passed his concern on to the second assistant director who then informed Goth. On the fifth take, it is claimed that Goth ran past Hunter and in the process, deliberately kicked him in the head. Hershey Being Sued Over Lack Of Face On Pumpkin Reese’s

A Woman in Florida has filed a five million dollar class action lawsuit against confectionary giant Hershey over false advertising. The product in question? Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Pumpkins. What’s the issue? On the packaging, it shows the pumpkin-shaped chocolate/peanut butter delight sporting a jack-o-lantern face but to the horror of Cynthea Kelly, the woman filing this lawsuit, it was just a pumpkin-shaped chocolate peanut butter cup! Cynthea is not alone as others on social media and YouTubers have had their Halloween experience ruined by the pumpkin-shaped candy not having a jack-o-lantern face carved out of it. ‘GTA 6’ Hacker Sentenced

When Rockstar Games revealed the trailer for the long-awaited next installment to their “Grand Theft Auto” franchise, Grand Theft Auto 6, the news was met with great hype but also met with no one being surprised as the game’s trailer was leaked onto the internet, much to Rockstar Games’ horror. But justice has been delivered to the hacker who performed the deed, and it was not too hard for authorities to track the hacker down, as he was already in custody at the time of the hack! The 18-year-old hacker, who was part of an organized cybercrime group, was in custody and was awaiting trial for hacking Nvidia (a software company) and BT/EE (a broadband and mobile provider in the UK), he hacked into Rockstar Games with only an Amazon firestick, the hotel’s TV, and his cell phone, as his laptop was confiscated. Unfortunately, this mystery of his disappearance came to a tragic end on November 17, according to Deadline, when his headless, armless body was found on Breezy Point Beach in Queens, New York.
