Product Review: Techno Glow

It’s never too early to make plans for Halloween decorating or making a funhouse, but you want to add some flair to it to make it memorable. UV and glow-in-the-dark props always add a nice touch but sometimes it’s hard to find some good paint plus you don’t want to shovel out a lot of money. From my experience in building and painting sets and props for live theatre, we always said “Make your own!” and Techno Glow is where you should start! I want to thank Techno Glow for making this review possible as I feel their products are affordable with endless possibilities for uses. I was sent some chartreuse glow-in-the-dark powder along with aqua, along with a UV flashlight as I planned on using some UV resin for a part of this review. I ended up using a silicone ice cube tray that made the face of “The Scream” by Edvard Munch. I used a mix of UV

Ten Horror Movies To Love On Valentine’s Day

Ah, Valentine’s Day, it’s that time of year again when people are either celebrating love or sitting on the couch alone. Either way, there’s nothing better than snuggling up with your special someone or your pet (there’s nothing wrong with that) and watching love and holiday-themed horror movies, and we’ve got a list that will make you want to hold each other a little tighter. 1. My Bloody Valentine: In the 1981 classic, a decades-old folk tale surrounding a deranged murderer killing those who celebrate Valentine’s Day turns out to be true to legend when a group defies the killer’s order, and people start turning up dead. Where to watch: Prime Video, Hulu 2. My Bloody Valentine 3D: The 2009 sequel sees “Supernatural” actor Jensen Ackles as Tom, who returns to his hometown on the tenth anniversary of Valentine’s night massacre that claimed the lives of 22 people. Instead of a homecoming, Tom finds himself suspected of committing the murders,

Hey Mother Clucker, ‘Amityville Thanksgiving’ Is Getting A Sequel

Director Will Collazo and star David Perry (Camp Pleasant Lake) are heading back to Amityville for the sequel to Amityville Thanksgiving. Many of the details of Amityville Turkey Day are still being kept quiet, even on the film’s Indiegogo page which has not only met its goal but raised 641% of it! “We shot Amityville Thanksgiving in two days on a very low budget, with major last minute changes, and low resources. We want to give you the sequel that everyone has been asking for to continue the story. And this time we’ve brought out dinner, the killer Turkey! We also have a very special cast member that this is in honor of, Mark C. Fullhardt, as this will be his final performance. The film will be distributed by the same company that released the first one last November in major stores and on vod platforms, SRS Cinema”. Said director Will Collazo. We’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, check

‘Violent Night 2’ Is Coming Down The Chimney!

Director Tommy Wirkola’s hit holiday action-thriller Violent Night is now available on Digital and Peacock, but that’s not all; according to The Wrap, Violent Night 2 is officially coming down the chimney! “We’re talking about it and we’re just making deals and getting everything in order,” Wirkola tells the site “We have time to really crack the script and figure out the story.” Word is Pat Casey, and Josh Miller will be back to pen the script for Violent Night 2. “And we have some ideas, me and Pat and Josh and the producers, we’ve been talking about where we want to take it and what we want to see. There’s stuff we left on the floor like the North Pole, Mrs. Claus, the elves,” The director stated. “But story-wise I think we have a really, really cool idea that expands on the world and scope, but still keeping that tone that we love from the first one.” Violent Night,

Movie Review: ‘Violent Night’ Is Our New Favorite Christmas Movie

One of my favorite aspects of Christmas is the holiday horror films. I’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of Violent Night, and yesterday, Universal gifted viewers with the surprise release of it On Demand (it’s still in theaters). I slipped on my PJs, popped a bag of popcorn, snuggled up with my dogs (Rosie and Freyja), and hit play. In the movie, “When a team of mercenaries breaks into a wealthy family compound on Christmas Eve, taking everyone inside hostage, the team isn’t prepared for a surprise combatant: Santa Claus (David Harbour, Black Widow, “Stranger Things”) is on the grounds, and he’s about to show why this Nick is no saint.” David Harbour has proved his acting talent in “Stranger Things,” so I had high expectations that he’d nail a badass Sants, and I was not disappointed. Between his battles with the bad guys, we see the tender side of old Saint Nick when he comes in contact with a

Horror Fuel’s Top Horror Games Reviewed In 2022

It’s that time of year as 2022 is coming to a close and along with it many game releases. This year was a busy review year, and going through the list I was able to come up with 15 horror games that I reviewed ranked from bad to good. It’s a long list so let’s start with one of the worse games reviewed this year, shall we? 35MM This Russian-made first-person game is labeled as a “Survival Horror” taking place in a post-apocalyptic world. The scariest thing about this game was how horrifically boring it was with a lack of scares and action. The game is more of a depressing walking simulator. Mothmen 1966 An 80s-style DOS game about a group of characters trying to survive a night with multiple Mothmen attacking them. The premise sounded promising but the game copped out on that. The game’s slow pace, and abrupt ending (just as a story was actually forming!) I wanted

Co-Directors Manuel Camilion and Benjamin Edelman Talk ‘Santastein’

This time of year, nothing is better than holiday-themed horror films. When the press release for the upcoming movie Santastein came across my desk, I wanted to know more, so I reached out to its co-directors, to learn more about the film, which has an exciting concept that combines Santa with Frankenstein. In the film, inspired by a short film, “Max Causey was only six years old when he accidentally burned Santa to a crisp on Christmas Eve. 12 years later, Max attempts to raise Santa from the dead in order to fix his past mistakes and restore the Christmas spirit. But he soon realizes that the creature he has created is a bloodthirsty killer – and it’s headed straight for his friend’s Christmas party!” https://soundcloud.com/kelli-r-marchman-mcneely/interview-with-directors-manuel-camilion-and-benjamin-edelman?si=5ee19e5c64e1430f87cdd6ce7f28d46b&utm_source=clipboard&utm_medium=text&utm_campaign=social_sharing Kelli: “Now, all right, so tell me about Santastein, or Santastein, actually.” Manuel: “It’s a common misnomer. People mix it up a lot. Ben, you want to start, or should I?” Ben: “Go ahead,
