Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for their upcoming series “The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance,” from director Louis Leterrier.
Based on the film by Jim Henson, the 10-episode adaptation is set ten years before the events of the 1982 film. The story centers around three Gelfling heroes — voiced by Taron Egerton, Anya Taylor-Joy and Nathalie Emmanuel — who set out on a long journey to save their world.
“The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance” premieres on Netflix on August 30th.
