Ahead of its U.S. Premiere at Screamfest next week, Scream Factory! has unleashed a new trailer for directors Jen and Sylvia Soska‘s remake of David Cronenberg’s 1977 classic Rabid.
Laura Vandervoort (Supergirl) stars as Rose, a woman who wants to become a fashion designer. After an accident leaves her scarred, Rose undergoes a radical, untested treatment that unleashes a vicious contagion.
Rabid also stars Stephen Huszar, Greg Bryk, Stephen McHsttie, C.M. Punk, Hsnnrkr Tslbot, and Jen Soska.
Also known as the “Twisted Twins,” Jen and Sylvia Soska gave horror fans Dead Hooker in a Trunk, 2012’s American Mary, See No Evil 2, and Vendetta, starring Dean Cain and Paul “The Big Show” Wight.
Rabid arrives in theaters and on VOD on December’s Friday the 13th.
