Kate Beckinsale stars in Relativity’s ‘The Disappointments Room’. The first images and trailer have arrived and give off a serious ‘Skeleton Key’ vibe (one of my favorite films).
In this supernatural psychological thriller Dana (Beckinsale), David (Mel Raido) and their 5 year-old son move from the city into a once-grand country mansion for a fresh start. But when Dana discovers a secret room unexplained events begin to plague the family. Her sanity is tested and the home’s dark past begins to reveal itself. This suspenseful film is based on a true story
Beckinsale (Underworld) and Raido (Legend), Gerald NcRaney (Focus) and Lucas Till (X-Men: Apocalypse), Gerald McRaney (House of Cards), Michaela Conlin (Bones), Michael Landes (11-11-11) and young Ducan Joiner (The Perfect Guy) star in ‘The Disappointments Room’. D.J. Caruso (Disturbia) directed and co-wrote the film along with Wentworth Miller. Discover ‘The Disappointments Room’ in theaters on September 9th.
